Hay-fever, runny nose, coughing, itchy eyes and skin all have something in common; they are typical symptoms millions of people experience every year during allergy season. Usually, people with severe allergies run through the list of treatment options to try and minimize their symptoms. However, one method for reducing allergy symptoms many may not realize is an option is exercise. Whether you complete an easy, everyday workout routine at home, or you go to the gym and train multiple days a week, getting your body moving can actually help prevent a harsh reaction to allergens.
